Shipping in the USA

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order, as we make everything by hand. We appreciate your patience! Rest assured your package is in our system and will be heading your way soon!  

 

You will receive an email from Honeymouth with a USPS tracking number once your package has been shipped. Honeymouth is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. We always recommend using a safe and secure delivery location when checking out to ensure your goodies reach you. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Worldwide shipping is (generally) a $20.00 flat rate.

Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

 

 

How do I care for my leather?

A mild baby soap with warm water and a drop or two of white vinegar is a great way to clean your leather. We also recommend using a leather conditioner once or twice a year to keep your leather looking so fresh and so clean. 

Do you do repairs?

We are SO THANKFUL for your purchase & support of Honeymouth and we sincerely hope for a lifetime of use. You guys mean the world to us, and we work hard to create a sustainable and lasting product made to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use. With that being said, leather and thread sometimes wear out. If this happens, we've got your back.

Please also keep in mind that one of our personal favorite qualities about leather is that it changes color over time. Think about it as if it's getting wiser with age (much like you.) Your leather good will soak in the oils and elements from the world around it, and it will darken and soften as it does. This is normal and we think you'll be pretty darn happy with the way your leather patinas and ages.

All that to say, we are happy to make any repairs with the normal wear and tear of life. We want all of our Honeymouth goods to be a long-lasting legacy, just like you.

What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the item(s) we receive back are in their original condition.
